On Friday she teased and said she was working on a new polish, who wanted to see? me me me I said, and on Saturday it arrived, how quick is that!!!
This is a really interesting polish, it has a satin finish to it, so it is not matte, not glossy. It looks like a very fine glitter and catches the light beautifully. I have not used a top coat and it has lasted very well, most of the pictures were taken after 24 hours of typing and housework.
The colour change is from a white/gold shimmer when warm to a deep olive green when cold. It's cold in my house so my nails were mostly green and absolutely no chance of any warm outdoor shots! I love the deep green and all the variations as they warm up and cool down. Once they are completely warm is probably my least favourite state for them.
It's so cold outside my hands have gone rather pink! The pictures have been taken in all sorts of light, whenever I have managed to grab a pic, and I have included lots just to show the various stages. The gradient was so pretty; the thumb shot at the end probably captures that the best, but perhaps all the different colours in these shots help to express the real life in this polish.
