A2Z Series - D is for Dark

This weeks A2Z is "D is for Dark" and I have chosen a stunning dark holo to show you today. This is The Silence, another of Above the Curve's Doctor Who collection and although the actual characters that make up the Silence are rather sinister looking aliens, I think what this polish really conjures up is that dark silence of space, which is why I chose this one rather than any other dark polish.
The Silence is a blue/purple black holo. The scattered holo really does look like the night sky, the blue purple colour shift making it that extra bit special but sadly the purple shift rather eluding my camera. The purple becomes a little more apparent on the outdoor shots, in fading daylight but just look at those reflections. I love that super shiny nails can pick up those sorts of images that I could never hope to recreate on my nails.
The indoor shots show the stunning holo and have picked up the bluer shift in places. I left the blurry shot in as it's so pretty!!! I just love this polish for its depth and beauty!
